The P3 Story
As a young Engineer, Carl Stumpe was deeply affected by the Delco Delphi plant closure in Dayton Ohio (photo credit Dayton Daily News). What had been a thriving employer of 2,200 hard working Americans became a casualty of a changing world. Seeing his neighbors lose high paying jobs, lose their houses and lose their sense of purpose, he committed to keeping his companies competitive as a MORAL IMPERATIVE. Early in his career, Carl led groundbreaking projects to automate 13 sites in the USA and abroad. As industrial automation matured, he changed his focus to be more impactful - executive leadership. P3Formance is dedicated to applying learnings from four decades of leading and coaching teams at over 50 sites and three continents.
