Pathfinder

The Pathfinder employee development tool

Approach

  1. Our team of experts will set up a one hour introductory session with your managers to educate them on the pathfinder process - how data is gathered and analyzed, and their role in applying the results inn development conversations.
  2. Twenty minute surveys are sent to team members along with a shorter survey to their managers.   The individual results of these surveys are strictly confidential, and only shared with the employee and their manager.
  3. The results are processed through P3s AI powered unique algorithms to identify work preferences, level of correlation with manager's perspectives, and suggested career paths.
  4. The surveys also aggregate at an enterprise level to inform management of the relative strengths and weaknesses across five critical dimensions for success (Talentprint)

1.  Is Talentprint confidential?  Yes, individual and team results are only shared within the management chain.  P3Formance retains the right to use anonymized aggregate data for industry benchmarking purposes.

2. How long does it take from the time surveys are sent to receiving the reports?   Typically two weeks depending on the scope.

3. What employees should participate?   To be effective, all employees within a team should participate, even if they are established for a long time in their current roles.

4. How much does it cost?  Typically PATHFINDER will be bundlled with TALENTPRINT and ECHOCULTURE for a team, department, division or companywide, Fees for the bundle start at $125 per person plus consultation time, with discounts available for larger groups.
